Step 1 – The package begins with a detailed research report examining your existing communications, your brand values and story, and your audience persona. I’ll demonstrate brand voice in action with relevant examples.

Step 2 – Considering your audience and brand personality, we’ll explore your options for brand voice, agreeing on the impression you wish to create. I’ll create the framework required for your to make this impression.

Step 3 – With your voice agreed, I’ll create a full brand voice ‘bible’ detailing the characteristics and application of your brand voice. Touchpoints include web, social media, email, printed materials, and product descriptions, and your style guide will include examples for them all.

The package is a collaborative approach, with two ‘check in’ points during the process.

Held by email or zoom, we’ll talk first to review the research report and agree our conclusions. We’ll convene again to agree on our voice proposals, ensuring an authentic brand voice you feel excited to implement.

Throughout your package I’ll be on hand to answer questions about the implementation of your voice.
